Dear Sir,
I have just installed Amber11 and Ambertools on my system at /usr/local/amber11/. I did the basic amber test, it passed all the things. But now while trying the tutorial, when i gave this command
$AMBERHOME/exe/xleap -s -f $AMBERHOME/dat/leap/cmd/leaprc.ff99SB
it is not working giving the error "/usr/local/amber11/exe/xleap: Command not found."
Please help to run xleap.
