Based on the information you have provided it may be difficult (if not
impossible) to reproduce your error and troubleshoot any problems.
Could you provide some more details about your system and calculation?
1) The version of Amber / AmberTools you are using, and what bugfixes
have been applied
2) The exact input you used to run MMPBSA/nmode
3) The exact text of the error message you recieved from MMPBSA
