Dear Amber users,
I was wondering if AMBER allows for an EVB mapping potential with a
time-dependent lambda parameter, or an EVB umbrella sampling framework with
a time-dependent reaction coordinate value.
If not, would it be too complicated to change the code to have a
time-dependent lambda parameter that goes from 0 to 1 in the simulation
span?
