The only supported compilers are the PGI compilers, GNU compilers, and intel
compilers. In order to support the IBM compilers, you'll have to modify the
configure script. Just follow the format of the previous compilers.
However, I don't think any Amber developers really have access to the IBM
compilers, so it's not supported.
