Hello all
I am doing H-bond analysis.I want to know what is the frequency of writing
percentage occupency
in output file
As in tutorial :- http://ambermd.org/tutorials/basic/tutorial3/section6.htm
frequency of writing is 5ns, but when I am doing not getting this much
frequency.So I am not able to interprate
H-bond analysis output file.
Is it default or I have to set it?
So please suggest me
