[AMBER] Restraints questions

Hello.

I've searched the archive and tutorials for these subjects, but I have been
unable to locate the answers. So here goes:

1. What are the units for the VALUE1 parameter for TORAVE? I assume this
is in picoseconds.

2. What are the units for J-restraints? Are they kcal mol-1 Hz-1?
