I am trying to use the 2drms feature of ptraj. When I set the output file type to ps (postscript) the 2D plot is unreadable. It is mostly just a dark square. I would like to be able to try plotting output as raw data. Can anyone tell me what plotting programs are available to plot raw data into a two-dimensional representation? I don't have plotmtv so I can't use that option.
