Hi List,
I am simulating a cytokine system with two anti-parallel helices. There is
shearing movement observed in these helices during the simulation. Although
i can measure inter-helical distance, I m interested in change in relative
orientations of these helices with respect to one another. how do I achieve
this with ptraj?
