The amber tutorials are located on ambermd.org/tutorials . The REMD
tutorial is Advanced 7, and should help you get started. Assuming TMD is
targeted MD, there is no tutorial that I can see on that site. It is
described in the manual, though. As a note on targeted MD, amber11 allows
for multiple targeted MD simulations.
