Dear Sudipta,

I hope MMTSB is helpful for you.

You can use mutateNA.pl script to prepare DNA mutation.

Yours sincerely,

Subject:[AMBER] Mutation of DNA

Hi All,

Can anyone clarify the meaning of A4T mutation of a double stranded
B-DNA. Does it mean the ADE base at position 4 is replaced by THY base and
also the counter base (i,e in the other strand) THY at position 10' is
replaced by ADE base. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Thanks and Regards,
Sudipta
