Dear AMBER Community,
I am struggling to find an article from nature magazine a few years
ago about CONFORMATION CAPTURE during moelcular dynamics. The key idea is
that certain conformational states during the dynamics are caught by the
recognition enzyme and initiate a biological event. I just wonder if any
one here knows it or specializes on this topic and can provide some key
citations.
