"man" is the unix utility that brings up the man page (or manual page) for a
particular utility if it has one. Bill was suggesting that you read the man
pages of "limit" and "ulimit" to find out what it does and adjust datasize
for your system according to your needs (since h-bond analysis can be very
memory-intensive).
