Dear users，
I have done MD simulation in order to study the solvation effect for protein . Firstly, I solvate the protein with different solvent , then minimize the system, heat it and equilibrate for 1 ns .
Now , i should analyze , Is there Anyone who has done the research of solvation effect ? Can you instruct me what parameters should I study ? I will appreciate your detail introduction very much .
