Dear amber usersI am new amber user and hope to figure out some issues before starting, I followed similar threads in amber list without any hints:1- what is the difference between massless dummy atom and extra point?2- why extra point has NONB EP 1.0 0.0? I see in some files, EP NONB values are 0.0 0.0 so which one is the correct value?thanks in advance
