Hi all,
I had couple of questions to ask about radius of gyration calculation
using ptraj.
Is this the deviation of the atoms from the mean position.
The output of the command in ptraj while using
trajin <trajectory name>
radgyr out test.dat :residue#
The test.dat gives time Radius of Gyration and maximum radius of gyration.
What is the maximum radius of gyration.
Also a lower magnitude of Rg means less fluctuations of the atoms from the
mean.
