I am using AMBER 9 on the high computing server. Some executable files are
not set user's permission.
I cannot change its permission under user's account. Is there any other
solution to make it permitted than asking the root to give it?
Please help b/c im new to Amber and Linux. And im using the School's server,
so it's not easy to ask for this process.
