Hi Bill,
I have read, write and execute permissions on
/homes/acd/amber11/bin
I tried the installation again by changing
cp -p $(TARGET) $(BINDIR)
to
-cp -p $(TARGET) $(BINDIR)
in /amber11/src/gleap/leapsrc
and AmberTools installs now. It says it is just ignoring the errors that
come up. Will my having done that cause any problems in using the
program later?
Thanks!
Anna
