Dear Amber users,
I faced difficulty in installing Amber10 in a workstation. Some error occured in the following step
[guna.localhost src]$ ./configure_at gcc
--------------------Configuring netcdf; (may be time consuming)
--------------------NETCDF configure failed
The results of the command: uname -a is ---- Linux Bose 2.6.18-92.1.10.e15 #1 SMP Wed Jul 23 03:56:11 EDT 2008 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
I am also attaching the netcdf_config.log file.
Kindly help me out. Thank you
