Hi All~
I am a new in Amber. Now I plan to solvate a protein in rectangular water box with different buffer size in different axis, like x aixls: 10 A to one side 30 to other side. y aixls .... z aixl ...
However, according to the manual Solvatebox can only assign a single buffer size for one axial like { x, y ,z} .
So, do Amber has other function that can meet my plan?
