Hi John,
Did you try running the test cases again? - in parallel?
If it is something which 'definitely' worked before but now doesn't it
likely means they have updated the software on the machine, and not told
you. If they changed the default mpi installation, the default compiler
versions etc it can cause weird behavior.
I would suggest doing a make clean and compiling it again which will then
pick up the new mpi and new compilers and associated libraries.
