[AMBER] about file format

Dear amber users,

 I read the tutorial (http://ambermd.org/antechamber/pro4.html) to learn how
to generate the topology file for non-standard residues. However, I am
confused about the file format of prep file (
http://ambermd.org/antechamber/pro4.prepi) and topology file (
http://ambermd.org/antechamber/ala-pr4-ala.prmtop).

Could anyone tell me where can I find a description of the file format used
by amber?
