Hi all,
I am trying to compile amber on a SunOS but I have encountered some problems
- first there was some flags that should be removed from the configure_at
file
-fnostd (what does this option mean I have been looking but ...)
-fno-automatic
-finit-local-zero
which I have removed and execute
./configure_at -openmp -noX11 solaris_cc
but this gives me the following problem when executing the makefile
mv cifparse.a /xbar/nas1/gappl/gappl/ggamess/amber10/amber10/lib
(cd nab && make install )
cc -c -O -DSUN -DSYSV -DBINTRAJ -xopenmp=parallel -xautopar -DOPENMP -Dlex

Current working directory
/xbar/nas1/gappl/gappl/ggamess/amber10/amber10/src/nab

make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `install'
I have looked into the mailing list as there was a similar problem but the
solution was unfortunately not there
