AMBER: velocity units?

Dear Amber users,
I was wondering if the velocity units output in the restart files for Amber
9.0 and above are different than the *Angstrom/(20.455psec)* specified in
http://ambermd.org/formats.htm. Can anyone shed light on this, please?
