Dear Sir,
I successfully completed the installation of amber7. But when I am trying to
test the sander I have got the following error using the command "make
test.sander".
cd cytosine; ./Run.cytosine
Bad : modifier in $ (/).
make: *** [test.sander] Error 1
I could not find any clue of this error to fix up the problem.
My machine configuration:
Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB Ram
Any solve of this problem would be appreciate.
