Your installation already died at this point. This file is part of the
Amber distribution, and should be at $AMBERHOME/src/lib, so it looks
like your copy of the amber source is not complete. You should
probably start by unpacking amber again, and see if you get any errors
when untarring it.

This error is similar. Although it would not work anyways because your
installation failed, this file should also be there.
