Density calculation using solvent command will help you to find the number
of water molecules which are close to the particular ative site residue or
atom.
Solvent interaction analysis had been reviewed out by Mr. Biman
Bagchi, Chemical
Reviews, 2005, Vol. 105, No. 9, 3197-3129.
I hope it will help you to study the solvent and active site interaction.
