AMBER: Should the two phenyl rings of the trans-azobenzene on the same plane after minimisation?

 Should the two phenyl rings of the trans-azobenzene on the same
 plane after minimisation?
 
 
 what is the phase angle of the dihedral angle(CNNC) parameter?
 My result is not.... I guess it is probably wrong.....
