AMBER: Amber 8 on Redhat 4 X86_64

Is there any way to obtain precompiled statically linked binaries of Amber
8 both for serial and parallel configuration along with the mpi
implementation for Redhat 4 X86_64? If not, how can we compile Amber 8 on
a system with Redhat 4 X86_64?
