Dear all:
I have some problem of installing amber9 on sgi_altix
machine. All the rest seems all right except Leap.
I applied bugfix.all patch
compiler: l_cc_c_9.1.042 and l_fc_c_9.1.036
./configure sgi_altix
make serial
I tried Dr. Ross's way of "edit config.h and change
FFLAGS from -O2 to -O0" but got the same error
message:
