If you don't have this file (which you would obtain from Istvan Kolossvary,
see amber9/doc/lmod.pdf), then you can't install lmod (i.e. you will not
be able to make use of the -lmod switch to configure.
Amber 10 will have lmod as a "standard" feature, but for now you must
follow the instructions on p.3 of the lmod.pdf file.
