hi, dear all amber members,
i have a question about the xleap. I upload the .pdb file to my
directory and then run the xleap by x-windows. when i try to load
the structure into Leap by "loadpdb" command, the error message
say "could not open xx.pdb : no found". Could anybody tell me how
to deal with it? Thanks very much!!
