Dear Amber community,
Is it still possible to produce an edit.out file in version 9 or 8 of amber?
I don't seem to have either the edit or link programmes.
Can leap output an edit.out file.
I previously managed with the help of the forum to produce a prmtop file
of my system
but this it transpired was not what I need.
