Dear Prof Simmerling,

I just wondered what the latest is on this?

Cheers, GPF Wood

Hi Carlos:

While you are working on this....

I was just doing some work with imin=5, and I had planned to read in my
new, high precision, netcdf format trajectories.

Unfortunately, trajene.f appears to only support ascii trajectories.

Can you consider addressing this too? (It ought to be a quick
enhancement).

Thanks

Chris
