Dear Ross,
Thank you for your reply. Now I am installing Amber9 from
the beginning. Previously I directly went for make parallel. Later I found
that It will not install serial executables. After running the configuration
I issued
> make -i serial ( without the -i flag I was getting some compiler errors. I
am using ifort_ia64 version 8)
It went through without any errors. But when I gave
> make test.serial
I am getting the following error. Could you help me to correct this error.
Thanks in advance.
My error is as follows,

cd pbsa_trx; ./Run.trxox.min
../../exe/pbsa: Command not found.
./Run.trxox.min: Program error
make: *** [test.pbsa] Error 1
