Howdy all,
I'm a system administrator responsible for installing Amber9 on several
systems (including a Rocks cluster with Infiniband). (I'm new to Amber
so let me know if this question should be directed elsewhere!)
I want to make sure that any MPI Amber9 jobs use the Infiniband network
rather than the gigabit network for communication between nodes.
Is this handled in the compiling / configuration of OpenMPI, Mpich and
LAM?
Or is there something I need to configure when compiling Amber9 also?
