Dear All,
Recently, I start to use ptraj to extract some data from the mdcrd file. When I use radial to get rdf for 2 group atoms, I find I only get 2 output files (standard.xmgr & volume.xmgr). I didn't get carnal.xmgr, I don't know why. And also in each output file, there are 3 columns. I plot them. I don't know what the 3rd column is.
Maybe I asked the basic question and maybe you have answered it before. If it is, I am sorry for posting it again. I just hope somebody can help me figure it out.
