Dear Amber Community,
I am still having trouble trying to get the phenyl ring on an Ethidium molecule
to behave correctly as it wants to go coplaner with the rest of the molecule.
As a matter of fact I am actually unsure about all of the correct atom types I
should be assigning to this molecule. Currently I have all of the carbons as
type CA. Help on this matter is greatly appreciated.
