Dear all,

I have got the trajectory file of a 134 residue
protein.

I want to get the distance change of two Ca atoms of
residue 50 and residue 100 during MD. From the manual
I know that I need to get the mask.

What is the meaning of the mask here? What command
should I use to define it?

If I wan to get the distance of two residues for
example, residue 50 and residue 100, what will be the
command?

I am looking forward to getting your reply.

Best regards.

Fenghui Fan
