Before we get a deluge of requests for AMBER 10, AMBER 10 is the current
development version and it is in continuous flux; it is not yet released
and care should be levied in its use.
The current official release is AMBER 9 (as of the end of March 2006). To
my knowledge, plans have not been made (or really even discussed yet) as
to when "AMBER 10" will become generally available. [For discussion
of active AMBER developments, there is a separate e-mail discussion list
and also a Wiki; for access to these, ask the people who gave you AMBER
10.]
