Folks -
I have posted a set of 38 benchmarks for pmemd 9 on the amber website,
amber.scripps.edu. The benchmarks may be found by following the link
"Benchmark timings for Amber 9 PMEMD" (there are two links, the other being
benchmarks contributed by Ross Walker has some overlap, but also covers some
different benchmark problems and machines). These two sets taken together
comprise perhaps the most extensive set of benchmarks we have compiled for a
release. We hope they will prove useful when people are requesting account
allocations or planning hardware purchases. I will soon also be posting
information on the website concerning how to configure pmemd for IBM Blue
Gene machines and how to handle file system stalling problems on the Cray
XT3 or XD1.
