Please ignore my follwing message - I must have mixed my files. The fact
is that 100 trajin pdb generated no output file. Sorry for the confusion.

Actually, when I tried 100 separated readin (trajin mypdb1.pdb trajin
mypdb2.pdb ...), I only got one output file which I guess is for the
result of the first trajin.
