Dear Carlos,
I loaded my topology file and then my trajectory file.
Then i went under >Extension (in VMD) > movie maker.
It started creating pictures for all frame and started
saving in specified directory. It was taking too much
of time to do that. But Later when i checked the
saving directory nothing was there.
I gues that i just don't know the proper way.

What do you mean by combining snapshots by using
another program??? i don't have any other program.

Ross tutorial9 says that it should work by just
clicking makemovie option.

Please help me...
Thanks
