i am now trying to install amber on a new Athlon 64 running FC4.
everything seems to go great, i'm using gcc 4, ifc 8.1, but when it
gets to the leap installation it crashes out. i've applied bugfixes,
searched around for anything that i'm missing, and am stumped.
here's the output from just compiling leap
