('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is) After removing the offending ${NSLOTS} command, the error message changed
to the following:
Flag not recognized: -p4pg
Use antechamber -h for command-line syntax.

What does this error message mean?

?? What is that argument?

I suspect that antechamber is trying to process the ${NSLOTS} argument,
which is being expanded to "1", which is not a legal flag for antechamber.
