Dear Amber users,
there are residues defined for neutral and charged Asp, Glu, His and Lys in
Amber7. Arg and Tyr are also present in different protonation states at
different pH values in experiment, but i can just find charged Arg and
neutral Tyr in all_amino94.in and all_amino02.in. Are there parameters
available for neutral Arg and charged Tyr ?
