Dear sir,
I am trying to install intel fortran compiler in my
system for compiling AMBER8. I have downloaded the
compiler (noncommercial license) from the Intel
site.(l_fc_p_8.0.034)The down loaded version is in rpm
format .I have copied the license file to the locatio
specified and the environment variables are set as
directed and the rpm command is issued. But I got an
error message.
intel-ifort 8-8.0.034 cannot be installed.
What should I do inorder to install the compiler
