Dear Nadine Homeyer,
For some reasons unknown to me,the surface areas of some snapshots in the trajectory can not be calculated properly.Sometimes,changing the snapshots you extract from the trajectory may work.For example, if your current snapshots are generated from every four snapshot in the time period of 300ps-700ps,you can change the time period to 400ps-800ps.
