Hello, Amber:
Referring to the Amber8 manual, the frcmod.mod_phipsi.1 ( or .2) should
be loaded if one wants to use ff99 for protein stimulation. I downloaded
the 'frcmod.mod_phipsi.1' file from Amber site but could not open or read
it. When I tried to use 'tleap' to load this file, it could not found or
be opened. But the file is there. I checked Amber mail list, no one
mentioned this problem. Can anyone helps me on how to load this file? I
use Amber7.

The following is how I did with tleap:
