In Biotin/streptavidin tutorial,
2nd Carnal usage was: % carnal < carnal_rms.in > carnal_rms.out. That also gives a table " md01.rms". I guess, subsequent plots were done using "md01.rms". My question are
1) what was the xmgr command to plot those figures?
2) Can I do same RMS plots in ptraj?
