Started with a clean AMBER source, all patches applied and checked $AMBERHOME
- fine,

did a ./configure -p4 ifort - fine
then during compile I got

m4 xaLeap.rm4 >XaLeap_wcl
/bin/sh: m4:command not found
make [3]: [XaLeap_wcl] Error 127

Really simple to fix - I installed the m4 macro processor and everything
compiled fine, and passed the tests:-)
